  • 1 1⁄2 lbs Summer Squash
  • salt and Pepper
  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 -2 teaspoon dried Thyme
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon Curry Powder
  • 1⁄8 teaspoon dried Oregano
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1⁄2 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Tomato Juice
