  • 2 large Sweet Potatoes, peeled, cut half lengthwise, then sliced into 1/2 inch slices
  • 2⁄3 cup dried Apricot, cut into quarters
  • 2⁄3 cup Prune, cut quarters
  • 1⁄2 cup Orange Juice
  • 1⁄4 cup Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon ground Cinnamon
  • 1⁄16 teaspoon ground Cloves
