Ingredients

  • 2 lbs top round Steaks, 1 inch thick
  • 1⁄3 cup all-purpose Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 4 stalks Celery, coarsely chopped
  • 3 large Carrots, scraped and coarsely chopped
  • 1 large Onion, coarsely chopped
  • 1 Green Pepper, coarsely chopped
  • 1 (28 ounce) can whole Tomatoes, undrained and chopped
  • 1 (8 ounce) can Tomato Sauce
  • 1⁄3 cup Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 teaspoons prepared Horseradish
  • 1⁄4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1⁄8 teaspoon Pepper
