  • 1 lb Mostaccioli pasta (Cooked as per box)
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1⁄2-1 lb bulk Sausage (optional)
  • 16 ounces whole milk Ricotta Cheese
  • 16 ounces Mozzarella Cheese (I use the brick and grate myself, I think that its way better than pre-packaged)
  • 1 lb spaghetti Sauce, depending on how much Sauce you like (or more, I make my own)
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
