This is a recipe I found elsewhere on the web.
A total crowd pleaser, this is a meal you can make for picky eaters.
If Im making it for 2-3 people, I will divide the whole thing into 2 and put 1/2 in one of those square throw-away foil casserole pans and freeze it (without the cheese on top).
It freezes really well, and makes a quick meal for a weeknight or if you have to take something somewhere.
Just put it in the fridge in the morning to defrost, shred the cheese on the top, and bake like the recipe says.
Best served with big chunks of garlic bread.
